9 to 1000 puzzle pieces = ships within 6 to 10 calendar days
1001 to 2000 puzzle pieces = ships within 10 to 14 calendar days
2001 to 3500 puzzle pieces = ships within 14 to 18 calendar days
3501 to 5000 puzzle pieces = ships within 18 to 21 calendar days

Basic Rush fee applied to a
$1,200 puzzle is a $240 charge

Orders placed with less than 14 calendar days notice, (Not including any "vacation closures" listed below) are subject to shipment by FedEx Next Day Air at the Customer's Expense.( This 14 day period is measured from the date that you complete the online custom puzzle order form, AND your physical image(s) or digital image(s) are in MGC Puzzles possession... until the date that you indicate you need possession of your custom puzzle(s)). NO Weekend or Holiday Deliveriy delivery due dates.

If 14 or more calendar days were provided for MGC Puzzles to complete your custom puzzle order, and Standard Overnight Shipping is required to get you your puzzle in time, MGC Puzzles will only charge you the FedEx 2nd Day Air Rate for shipping, yet we will ship your order via Standard overnight, with the "difference" in the shipping fee between 2nd Day Air Rates, and Next Day Air Rates, being paid for by MGC Puzzles.

Please check MGC Puzzles Vacation Dates, (Below) as these vacation dates are added into any lead time requirement, should one of our vacation periods fall within the produciton period of your puzzle order.

From time to time, it is not uncommon for me to have as many as 3-4 RUSH orders in house at the same time, especially from November thru December, and just before Valentine's Day. Rush orders are handled on a first come first serve basis.

* If you are sending me an image to be used in making your puzzle(s), the clock starts ticking once I receive shipment of your image, or when I receive your image file(s) via E-mail, as well as a your completed online order form.

** Orders requiring large image printout service (Larger than 24" x 36") require special handling, and may add 1 business day on the the turn around time of your rush order. (Click Here for Details) This delay is unavoidable due to the amount of time that goes into printing and mounting these large format puzzle images.
