subject to Time availability. From time to time, it is not uncommon for me to have as many as 3-4 RUSH orders in house at the same time, especially from November thru December, and just before Valentine's Day. Rush orders are handled on a first come first serve basis. * If you are sending me an image to be used in making your puzzle(s), the clock starts ticking once I receive shipment of your image, or when I receive your image file(s) via E-mail, as well as a your completed online order form. ** Orders requiring large image printout service (Larger than 24" x 36") require special handling, and may add 1 business day on the the turn around time of your rush order. (Click Here for Details) This delay is unavoidable due to the amount of time that goes into printing and mounting these large format puzzle images. |

Christmas / Hanukkah 2008 Due to the hectic Holiday Season Rush we have experienced every year since 1998, The Following will be the Ordering Deadline for 2008.
Non Custom Puzzle Orders, for things like ART PRINTS, puzzle ACCESSORIES, and PRE-CUT wooden jigsaw puzzles, will be accepted right up to 1PM (ET) on Thursday the 18th of December, 2008. This adjustment will allow for us to enjoy the spirit of the holiday season too!. All too often these past 8 years, we are working long and crazy hours right up to within 2-3 days of Christmas, only to be too exhausted to enjoy Christmas with friends and family the way it should be enjoyed. 2006 will be the last year that this crazy stress and workload will happen so close to Christmas. Please take note of this message if you are reading this during the January to November time frame... and if a Custom Made Wooden Jigsaw puzzle is something that you are WANTING TO ORDER, then please place your order and take delivery of your puzzle as soon as possible. Thank you VERY Much! |
